Shipping & Delivery

All Printzly products are custom-made to order. This means that as soon as you place your order, we begin creating your personalized item with care, one at a time, to ensure the highest quality.

We work with trusted manufacturing partners and artists to bring your designs to life. Because of this, delivery times may vary, but it’s also why we’re able to offer unique, custom products at great prices.

Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

Shipping & Handling

During busy holidays and special occasions (such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, and Christmas), please note that delivery times may be slightly longer due to high order volumes.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Please allow 5–7 business days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If your tracking information shows no updates, this simply means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. Once scanned, tracking events will appear on the tracking page.

If your order is past its estimated arrival date, contact us, and we’ll assist you right away.

Incorrect Address

Please double check your shipping address during checkout. Printzly is NOT RESPONSIBLE for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at purchase.

If you contact the carrier to forward or redirect your package after it has shipped, we are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged parcels that result.

Refunds & Returns

Because all Printzly products are personalized and custom made, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your product is damaged upon arrival, contact us within the first 30 days of delivery with photo proof, and we’ll replace or refund your order at no cost. A photo is required to process a replacement or refund request, and we’ll gladly replace or refund your order at no additional cost.
